Terms and Conditions for The School Photographers

By using the services of The School Photographers, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders placed on our website are subject to the terms outlined here. If you provide a valid email address, we will confirm receipt of your order by email. Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Orders may only be combined for children attending the same school.

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will attempt to contact you if this happens.

Due to the nature of our products, cancellations are not possible once production has started. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order to inquire about the status. No refunds or exchanges will be made for orders produced as per the details you provided.

The School Photographers will not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, paid orders will not be refunded or canceled.

If there are faults with your order upon delivery, we will replace the item with an identical one. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Any issues with your order must be reported within two weeks of receipt. After this period, we reserve the right to charge for reproduction of damaged or missing items.

Any orders placed after the closing date of prints or digital orders will not be able to be placed.
When ordering, you agree to provide accurate credit card information. The School Photographers does not store any credit card details.
You may choose between home delivery or school delivery, as determined by the school. Orders will be produced after payment and delivered within four to six weeks.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful activities, including transmitting material that encourages criminal conduct, interfering with other users' access, or violating copyright laws.
